Stop Survey / Restart survey

At any time you need to stop the survey, you can do so immediately. When you stop the survey, you can determine if active respondents will be allowed to complete their survey but new respondents will be prevented from participating.

Once a survey is stopped, it can also be restarted.

Stop Survey

1. To stop a survey, click on [Stop survey] button located at the top of the Activity Summary
2. A pop-up window similar to that below will appear
   

   No active respondent	1 active respondent

3. Untick the box if you want to stop any current active respondents from completing the survey, otherwise click [Stop survey] button
4. The survey is now closed

Restart Survey

1. Once a survey has been stopped, you can find a [Restart survey] button at the top of Activity Summary
2. To restart a survey, click on [Restart survey] button
3. A pop-up window similar to that below will appear
   
4. Click on [Restart survey]
