Create Anonymous Weblink / Hyperlink Invitation

Perhaps the simplest method of inviting survey participation is through creating an anonymous weblink which you can copy and paste onto a web page or into a group email.

A single anonymous link is generated and invitation statistics can be tracked.

→ Note: by default an anonymous weblink is created for every survey

1. To create an Anonymous weblink, click [Create link] button located on the Deploy module – Invitations
2. A pop-up window will appear in which you can type the name or description of your weblink into the text field. The default setting for ‘Type’ is ‘Anonymous weblink’.
   
   
3. Click [Create link] button and an invitation hyperlink will be created. You will be automatically redirected to the invitation detail screen. On that screen is where you can copy the hyperlink.
   
   
   
4. There are 3 ways to copy the hyperlink:
1. Click [Copy link] to copy link to clipboard
   
2. Click the open link button to open the link directly in the browser. Then copy the URL http://server ...
   
3. Copy the link itself and paste it onto a web page or email as appropriate
   
5. The anonymous weblink invitation appear the list of invitations
